Professional Summary:
Yoga is the practice of learning how to find peace and quiet the mind. My teachings encourage all aspects of the eight limbs of yoga, non-judgment, emphasis on proper alignment to prevent injury and present a lighthearted class that shows anyone can do yoga.  My intention to help anyone reduce the anxiety they might have about the practice or a studio class and present a class that will develop their personal growth and give the tools to help quiet the mind.
